SCO - Consulence
It is the operational area of O&Bis that deals with specialized services, consultancy and regulatory and organizational support to refineries, depots and marine terminals on the thematic areas of competence.
The consultancy provided by O&Bis guarantees a total support of the customer in the processes for which the presence of personnel with specific experience and expertise in the sector is required; many oil companies have made use of our competences for:
- Consultancy and advice on sales’, transportation, insurance contracts.
- Refinery losses analyses focused on those derived from loading/discharging oil movements.
- Audit on Refinery operational procedures for Custody Transfer quality/quantity assessment.
- Quantity/quality measurements of shore tanks and shore tanks calibrations.
- Sampling and processing samples delivery to laboratory.
- Ship’s tanks sampling on arrival for quantity and quality verifications, cargo acceptance and permission to proceed to berth for discharging.
- Retail stations’ verification of stock and quality, meters readings, and assistance to documentation and fiscal reconciliation.
- Measurement and sampling of storage tanks for official inventories, at programmed intervals, for official fiscal purpose and for spot requirements.
- Consulting for the validation of know airport supply suppliers and catering
- Implementation and updating of airport security procedure as per UE Regulation 2015/1998
